January 2012 PLANT CONSTRUCTION: Röhrs AG for the environmental industry

This macerator for waste products has been constructed and produced by the devision plant construction of Röhrs AG. Wrapped organic waste, for example, are shredded here for the use in a biogas plant. Filling is made by a pressing screw. After shredding the waste are thrown out by centrifugal force.

 

The macerator is driven by an hydraulic motor or alternatively an electric motor is possible.

Wearing parts are made out of Hardox 400 t=10 - 40 mm.
