May 2010 Injection Cooler for Austrian Power Plant

At the workshop in Soltau of Röhrs AG four injection coolers (2 units DN 300 and 2 units DN 600) are developped for an power plant in Austria.

The injection coolers serve for regulation of temperature of superheated steam.  A welding team of the Röhrs department for Piping and Power plant technology is manufacturing them out of the material X 10CrMo VNb9.1 and will mount them on site.
