May 2008 Reorganisations and formation of Röhrs AG for better efficiency

There were new developments in 2007 in the family-owned company Röhrs. Based on the continuously growing firm size, Stahl- und Metallbau Röhrs GmbH & Co KG was transformed into an incorporated company.

The name of the company now is:

Röhrs AG.

Röhrs Kranverleih GbmH (Crane Rental), RÖHRS Poland Sp.z.o.o. (Poland)and RÖHRS Russland GmbH (Russia) remain as subsidiary at RÖHRS AG.

The registration of the incorporated company was made after completion of all formalities on 10.12.2007 at the county court in Lüneburg.

From this change of the legal form arises no relevant changes for customers and suppliers. All orders were transferred to the new company with all rights and duty.

The "kleien AG" - a legal form for medium-sized companies improves the presentation of the company against stranger or financial institutes. For the family-owne company Röhrs arises therefore no change of the companies' structure.
